We strive for simple. Our objective is to (1) create a streamlined process to administer the trust, (2) make that process transparent and easily accessible and then (3) deliver in a way that is as minimally invasive on the lives of the grantor and beneficiary as possible.

A select list of services includes:

Initial review of the trust document with the parties to facilitate an efficient, and comprehensive administration process that meets the objectives of the trust;
Onboarding of beneficiaries including communication overview, system access, and a guiding overview of the benefit request and disbursement process;
Claim administration;
Assistance and coordination, upon request, for durable medical equipment and other third-party services;
Coordination with additional insurance, governmental programs, or other external entities to ensure maximum eligibility for coverage and benefits;
Management, tracking and reporting of distributions and payments made toward approved expenses;
Other necessary services to ensure the smooth administration of the trust and enhance the benefit and convenience of the beneficiary.
